Love that guy! 20yrs ago I taught Muay Thai in Grand rapids michigan.. left when my contract got to feeling more like blackmail than fun.. I was also fighting at that time... Was heading to train with Benny when I just stopped and got drunk for 20yrs... =(

I grew up in Oscoda, Mi. I left in 1985. bummer about the drunk thing. I am just coming out of a 15 year cranial-rectal inversion, myself

Do you remember a fighter named mad dog in the 80's in Grand Rapids? He was also on cops when it first came out cutting his eye lid with the cage in the cop car and blamming the cop for battery... Hes the one I couldnt get a fight with... He went to japan to fight but wouldnt fight me in michigan... I even had it out with him in bars on division st there. LOL
